What Happened
The rearview camera in your vehicle shows you what's behind your car when you're in reverse. In some 2015-2020 models, the camera may display a distorted, blurry, or blank image.
Risk if Unfixed
If the rearview camera fails to show you what's behind your vehicle, you might not see a person or object, increasing the risk of a crash, especially when reversing.
Free Fix
Your Ford dealer will check and replace the camera if it's not working correctly, at no cost to you. The repair will be done in phases, but you'll get a notification letter with instructions when it's your turn.
