Component

VISIBILITY:SUN/MOON ROOF ASSEMBLY

Manufacturer
Volkswagen Group of America, Inc.
What Happened
Audi is recalling your 2026 Q3 because the sunroof control software might let you close the sunroof from a distance without seeing it. This makes it hard to know if the sunroof is closed properly.
Risk if Unfixed
If you close the sunroof without seeing it, you or your passengers might get hurt because you can't check if it's shut properly.
Free Fix
Audi will update the sunroof control software and send you a new owner's manual, all for free. They'll contact you with more information and you can also reach them at 1-800-253-2834 or check NHTSA.gov for your VIN.
