Chrysler is recalling certain Ram 2500, 3500, 4500, and 5500 vehicles with a Cummins 6.7L Turbo Diesel engine due to an electrical issue that could cause a fire in the engine compartment, regardless of whether the ignition is on or off.

An electrical short in the relay can cause an engine compartment fire, which increases the risk of injury.
RESOLUTION_PROTOCOL
Dealers will replace the faulty relay at no cost to you. You should park your vehicle outside and away from structures until the repair is completed. FCA US will notify you when the recall repair is available and will contact you with a specific appointment time.
