What Happened
The fuel pressure sensor in your vehicle helps your engine run smoothly by monitoring fuel pressure. In some 2012-2015 Infiniti and Nissan Juke models, this sensor might not have been tightened properly.
Risk if Unfixed
If the fuel pressure sensor comes loose, it could cause a fuel leak, which is extremely dangerous if it gets near an ignition source. A fuel leak could lead to a vehicle fire.
Free Fix
Nissan will tighten the fuel pressure sensor for you at no cost. Your dealer will re-torque the sensor to ensure it's secure, and you should schedule the repair as soon as you get the recall notice.

Original — What Happened
Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain model year 2012-2014 Nissan Juke, 2012-2013 Infiniti M56, QX56, and 2014-2015 Infiniti Q70 (V8 engine vehicles only), and QX80 vehicles. The fuel pressure sensors may not have been sufficiently tightened during production. As a result, the fuel pressure sensor may loosen with vehicle usage and cause a fuel leak.
