What Happened
The throttle housing on your motorcycle is the protective cover that keeps debris out of the throttle. In some cases, it could fall off and get stuck between the throttle and your engine.
Risk if Unfixed
If this happens, it could jam the throttle cable, making it harder to control your bike and increasing the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
Your authorized BMW dealer will install a protective cover over the throttle cable, ensuring it stays safe and free from debris - at no cost to you. You should schedule the repair as soon as possible.
