What Happened

Risk if Unfixed
If the wiring overheats, it could cause a fire, even when your vehicle is parked and unattended, posing a significant risk of property damage or injury.
Free Fix
Your BMW dealer will replace the faulty wiring and connectors with new, heat-resistant ones, completely free of charge. You should schedule the repair when you receive a second notice with more information.
