What Happened
The brake master cylinder is a critical part of your vehicle's braking system. It helps control the pressure that presses the brake pads against the wheels. In your vehicle, the seal on the master cylinder could fail and leak brake fluid.
Risk if Unfixed
If the master cylinder leaks brake fluid, you could experience poor braking performance, which could increase the risk of a crash. This means you might not be able to stop your vehicle quickly or safely, especially on steep hills or when driving at high speeds.
Free Fix
Your dealer will notify you, but you can also contact Cardone directly at 1-800-777-4780. Cardone will offer to take back any defective master cylinders and replace them with a reliable one – at no cost to you.
