What Happened
The seat belts in your Audi Q5 are designed to restrain you and your passenger during a sudden stop or crash. Unfortunately, some 2025 models were made with flawed seat belts that could fail to do their job.
Risk if Unfixed
If your seat belts don't work properly, you and your passenger are at a higher risk of serious injury in a crash. In a severe collision, you could be thrown around the cabin, putting you in harm's way.
Free Fix
Your Audi dealer will replace the faulty seat belts with new, properly functioning ones at no cost to you. You should schedule the repair as soon as you receive the recall notice to ensure your safety on the road.
