BACK OVER PREVENTION: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA

Manufacturer
Honda (American Honda Motor Co.)
What Happened
The rearview camera in your vehicle is the image that shows you what's behind your car when you're reversing. In some 2024-2025 Honda Prologue and 2024 Acura ZDX models, the camera may display a distorted or blank image instead of a clear view of the area behind your vehicle.
Risk if Unfixed
If the rearview camera doesn't show you what's behind your car, you'll have a harder time seeing potential hazards like pedestrians or other vehicles, which could lead to a crash or injury.
Free Fix
Your Honda dealer will replace the rearview camera with a new one, free of charge. You'll get a notice with more information, and they'll contact you again when the repair is ready, likely later this year.
