Your 2024 Acura ZDX or Prologue's rearview camera and instrument panel display may not work properly due to a software error.
RISK_ASSESSMENT
If your instrument panel display fails, you may not see critical safety information, increasing the risk of a crash or injury. Additionally, a blank rearview camera screen can reduce your rear visibility, also increasing the risk of a crash or injury.
RESOLUTION_PROTOCOL
Dealers will update the software in your vehicle's radio control module for free. You've already been mailed a letter about this recall, but if you have any questions, you can contact Honda's customer service at 1-888-234-2138.
