What Happened
The power steering hose is a crucial part that helps turn your steering wheel. In some 2004-2008 Acura TSX models, this hose can degrade quickly when exposed to extreme heat.
Risk if Unfixed
If the hose fails, it could leak power steering oil onto the hot exhaust pipe, causing smoke, a burning smell, and potentially an under-hood fire.
Free Fix
Your Acura dealer will replace the faulty power steering hose with a new one, free of charge. You'll get a notice with instructions on how to schedule the repair.
