What Happened
The fuel pump in your vehicle is the part that delivers gasoline from the tank to your engine. In some models, this pump can fail without warning, stopping your engine while you're driving.
Risk if Unfixed
If the fuel pump fails while you're driving, your engine will suddenly shut off, making it hard to control your vehicle. This increases the risk of a collision, which could cause serious injury or damage.
Free Fix
Your authorized Honda dealer will replace the faulty fuel pump module with a new one, at no cost to you. You should schedule the repair as soon as you receive the recall notice, which was mailed on September 6, 2024.
