SERVICE BRAKES, HYDRAULIC:ANTILOCK/TRACTION CONTROL/ELECTRONIC LIMITED SLIP:CONTROL UNIT/MODULE

Manufacturer
Honda (American Honda Motor Co.)
What Happened
The VSA modulator in your vehicle is a computer that helps your brakes work smoothly. In some 2022-2023 models, a tiny ball valve inside this modulator can start to leak brake fluid.
Risk if Unfixed
If this happens, your vehicle could move unexpectedly when you engage the brake hold feature or the brake pedal might feel spongy. This could make you lose control of your vehicle and increase the risk of a crash or injury.
Free Fix
Your Honda dealer will replace the faulty VSA modulator with a new one, at no cost to you. Just schedule the repair as soon as you get your recall notice, and it'll be done for free.
