EXTERIOR LIGHTING

Manufacturer
TOM MOTORSPORT, INC.
What Happened
Your headlight and corner light assemblies are the front and side lights on your vehicle. Some aftermarket versions of these lights, like the Eagle Eyes and Sonar headlights and corner lights, might not have a special reflective tab that helps other drivers see your vehicle when you're turning or braking.
Risk if Unfixed
If these lights don't have that reflective tab, they won't meet safety standards. This means vehicles equipped with these lights could be poorly illuminated, especially when turning or braking, increasing the risk of a crash without warning.
Free Fix
Tom Motorsport will contact you to offer reimbursement for the purchase of the non-compliant lights, but you should also consider replacing them to ensure your safety on the road. The recall began on April 17, 2006, and you can contact Tom Motorsport at 626-968-4007 for more information.
