What Happened
The passenger air bag module in your Audi A5 or A4 is the part that deploys to protect you in a front-end crash. On some 2017-2018 models, the screw that holds this module in place might not have been tightened properly.

If the air bag doesn't deploy correctly in a crash, it could fail to cushion the impact, increasing the risk of serious injury to you or your passenger.
