What Happened
Your vehicle's front seat recliners are the mechanisms that let you adjust the backrest. In some 2013-2014 Fusions, Escapes, and C-Max models, these recliners might not be attached securely to the seat frame.
Risk if Unfixed
If the recliner breaks loose while you're driving, the back of your seat might lean or even come off, which could lead to injury in a crash.
