What Happened
The wiper arm linkages in your vehicle connect the wiper blades to the wiper motor. In certain 2011-2012 Chevrolet Traverse, Buick Enclave, and GMC Acadia models, ice or snow can build up on the windshield or wiper, causing the wiper arm to loosen and stop working.
Risk if Unfixed
If the wiper arm fails, you could lose visibility while driving, especially in snowy or icy conditions. This increases your risk of being involved in a crash.
