What Happened
The fuel delivery pipes in your vehicle are made of aluminum and help carry fuel from the engine to the injectors. In some 2006-2008 Lexus models, these pipes can corrode when exposed to low-moisture ethanol fuel.
Risk if Unfixed
If the pipes corrode, they could develop a small hole, causing fuel to leak out. If this happens and you're near an ignition source, like a spark from the engine, it could lead to a fire.

Your Lexus dealer will inspect the fuel delivery pipes and replace them with new ones at no cost to you. You should schedule the repair as soon as you receive the recall notice.
