What Happened
The second-row center seat belt in your vehicle is a critical safety feature that keeps you secure in your seat. Unfortunately, the webbing in this seat belt might be damaged, which could compromise its effectiveness.
Risk if Unfixed
If the seat belt is damaged, it may not hold you snugly in place during a crash, putting you at a higher risk of injury.
Free Fix
Your Toyota dealer will inspect the seat belt webbing and replace the entire seat belt assembly if it's damaged – at no cost to you. They'll take care of this important fix as soon as you schedule an appointment.

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2025 Toyota Camry Hybrid, Lexus NX250, NX350, NX350 Hybrid, 2024-2025 Lexus RX350, RX350 Hybrid, and RX500 Hybrid vehicles. The second-row center seat belt webbing may be damaged. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 209, "Seat Belt Assemblies."

A damaged seat belt may not adequately restrain an occupant, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.

What Happened
The head restraints in your Lexus RX or NX are designed to cushion your head during a crash. In some 2024-2025 models, these head restraints can be accidentally taken off without using the release button.
Risk if Unfixed
If a head restraint is removed and not put back in place, it could fail to protect your head in a rear-end collision, potentially leading to serious injury.
Free Fix
Your Lexus dealer will replace the faulty head restraints on your driver and passenger seats with new ones, at no cost to you. You should schedule the repair as soon as you get the recall notice.

Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2024 Lexus RX 350, RX 350h, 2024-2025 NX 250, NX 350, and NX 350h vehicles. The head restraints on the driver and front passenger seats may be inadvertently removed without pressing the lock release button. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) Number 202, "Head Restraints."

What Happened
The rearview camera in your vehicle helps you see what's behind you when you're parking or reversing. Unfortunately, in certain Lexus models, the camera image might not show up when you put your vehicle in reverse gear.
Risk if Unfixed
If the rearview image doesn't display, you'll rely on your mirrors and looking over your shoulder, which could increase the risk of a collision, especially in tight spaces or when children are playing behind the vehicle.
Free Fix
Your Lexus dealer will update the camera software or replace the rearview camera, whichever is needed, at no cost to you. You should schedule the repair as soon as you receive the recall notice.

What Happened
The Panoramic View Monitor system in your vehicle uses a software program to show you what's behind your vehicle when you're in reverse. Unfortunately, this software has a bug that could cause the rearview camera to freeze or go blank.
Risk if Unfixed
If the rearview camera doesn't display an image when you're in reverse, you'll have a reduced view of what's behind your vehicle. This could increase the risk of a crash, especially when backing up.
Free Fix
Your Toyota dealer will update the parking assist software to fix the issue, at no cost to you. You should schedule the update as soon as you get the recall notice, which has already been mailed to you.
