What Happened

Risk if Unfixed
If the switch fails, your turn signals, hazard lights, and brake lights might not work, which could make it harder for other drivers to see you and increase the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
Your Ford dealer will replace the faulty tail light switch with a new one, free of charge, as soon as possible.

EXTERIOR LIGHTING:HEADLIGHTS

Manufacturer
DOPE, INC.
What Happened
The corner and bumper lamp assemblies on your vehicle's headlamps are the parts that help make you visible to other drivers on the road. Some of these lamps don't have a required amber side reflector, which is a small piece of glass that helps reflect light towards oncoming traffic.
Risk if Unfixed
If your headlamp is missing this reflector, it could be harder for other drivers to see you, especially at night or in low-light conditions. This could increase the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
You'll receive a full refund for the non-compliant lamp assembly from Dope, Inc. You can contact them at 1-626-272-1798 for more information, and they'll process the refund for you.
