What Happened
Your Ford F-550, E-350, or E-450 might have a problem with the rear axle differential fluid level. This fluid helps keep your vehicle's rear axle running smoothly.
Risk if Unfixed
If the rear axle fluid level is too low, the rear axle could fail, causing your driveshaft to break. This could make your vehicle lose power, and if you're not in park, it could move unexpectedly, increasing the risk of a crash or injury.
Free Fix
Ford will fix this for you free of charge. They'll check the rear axle differential fluid level, add it if it's low, or replace the rear axle if it's damaged. Just schedule an appointment with your local dealership.
