What Happened
Your vehicle's rear wheel spindle nut is a crucial part that keeps your rear wheels securely attached to your vehicle. In some 2009-2010 models with rear-wheel drive, this nut was not installed properly.
Risk if Unfixed
If the spindle nut is missing, your rear wheel could come loose while driving, causing a tire and wheel separation. This could lead to a sudden loss of control, increasing the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
Your authorized Chrysler dealer will inspect the tire and wheel assembly to ensure the spindle nut is in place. If not, they'll install it for free, so schedule the repair as soon as you get the recall notice.
