What Happened
Your minivan's rear suspension system helps keep it stable and steady. The part that connects the rear wheels to the rest of the vehicle may not have been properly attached during a conversion process.
Risk if Unfixed
If this part fails, you might hear strange noises, like squeaking or clunking. If it gets worse, the rear axle could come loose, making your vehicle unstable and increasing the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
Your authorized dealer will inspect the rear suspension and replace the affected part with a new one, free of charge. This will ensure your safety on the road.
