POWER TRAIN:CLUTCH ASSEMBLY

Manufacturer

What Happened
The clutch cover bolts on your motorcycle are what keep the clutch assembly together. Unfortunately, some of these bolts weren't properly lubricated in certain 2022-2023 models, which could cause them to work loose.
Risk if Unfixed
If the clutch cover bolts come loose, you could lose oil, which could cause a fire or lead to a loss of control while riding, increasing the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
Your authorized BMW dealer will replace the clutch cover bolts with new, properly lubricated ones, at no cost to you. This repair is free, and you should schedule it as soon as possible after receiving your recall notice.

If you don't know the 'front wheel lift-off assistant' is off, you might experience unexpected handling and loss of control while riding. This could increase your risk of a crash.
