What Happened
The left rear taillight on your vehicle is a critical safety feature that helps other drivers see you when you're behind them. In some 2013-2015 BMW 7 series models, the replacement light might not be the correct one.
Risk if Unfixed
If you have the incorrect taillight, other drivers might not notice you when you're braking or turning, which could lead to a crash.
Free Fix
Your BMW dealer will check your vehicle and swap out the incorrect taillight for the correct one, at no cost to you. This is a free repair, so schedule it as soon as you get the recall notice.
