What Happened
The electric coolant pump in your Audi is a crucial part that helps keep your engine cool. In certain 2012-2016 models, this pump can get clogged with debris or short-circuit due to moisture.
Risk if Unfixed
If the pump fails, your engine can overheat, which could cause a fire. This is a serious risk to your safety and the safety of others.
Free Fix
Audi will replace the faulty coolant pump with a new one, completely free of charge. You should schedule the repair as soon as you get the recall notice from Audi.

Original — What Happened
Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. (Volkswagen) is recalling certain 2013-2017 Audi A5 Cabriolet, A5 Sedan and Audi Q5 vehicles, 2012-2015 Audi A6 vehicles and 2013-2016 Audi A4 Sedan and A4 allroad vehicles. These vehicles, equipped with 2.0l Turbo FSI engines, have an electric coolant pump that can either become blocked with debris from the cooling system causing it to overheat or can short-circuit from moisture within the pump.

A blocked pump or a short-circuited pump can increase the risk of a fire.
Original — Remedy
Audi will notify owners, and dealers will replace the pumps, free of charge. The recall began September 14, 2018. Owners may contact Audi customer service at 1-800-253-2834. Audi's number's for this recall is 19N3/19N4. Note: This recall is in additional to the coolant pump software update applied as a remedy under recall 17V002.

What Happened
The fuel line in your Audi A6 or A7 is the tube that carries gasoline from the tank to your engine. In some 2012-2014 models, this line can develop a weak spot that might cause a leak.
Risk if Unfixed
If the fuel line leaks, it could ignite if there's an open flame nearby, which could cause a fire.
Free Fix
Audi will replace the faulty fuel line with a new one at no cost to you. You should schedule the repair as soon as possible when you get the recall notice.

What Happened
The occupant classification sensor in your vehicle is a special mat in the front passenger seat that helps your airbag system decide whether to deploy. Over time, this mat can wear out and cause problems.
Risk if Unfixed
If the sensor fails, the airbag in front of the passenger seat may not work properly in a crash, which could lead to serious injury to the passenger.
Free Fix
Your Audi dealer will install a special repair kit to fix the occupant classification system, and this service is completely free. You should schedule the repair as soon as you receive the recall notice.

(Volkswagen) is recalling certain 2013-2018 Audi S6 and S7, 2012-2018 A7 and A6 Sedan, and 2014-2018 RS7 vehicles equipped with basic seats (with or without heating). Stress or wear of the body-sensing mat within the front passenger seat may cause the Passenger Occupant Detection System (PODS) control module to malfunction.
