Component
SEATS:CRITICAL FASTENERS
Manufacturer
Honda (American Honda Motor Co.)
What Happened
The driver's seat in your vehicle has a special bracket that holds the cushion in place. In some 2023-2024 models, this bracket might not have been tightened correctly.
Risk if Unfixed
If the bracket is loose, the driver's seat could shift during a crash, and you might not be properly restrained. This increases the risk of injury or harm.
Free Fix
Your authorized Honda dealer will replace the faulty seat bracket with a new one at no cost to you. You should schedule the repair when you receive the recall notice in the mail.
