What Happened
Your vehicle may have a faulty air bag inflator that could explode if exposed to high humidity and temperature changes.
Risk if Unfixed
If the inflator explodes, it could send sharp metal fragments into the driver or passengers, causing serious injury or death.
Free Fix
We'll inspect and replace the inflator for free, at no cost to you. You'll receive a letter in September 2022, and you can also contact Nissan's customer service at 1-800-867-7669 if you have any questions.
