What Happened
Your motorcycle's fuel pump is the part that sends gasoline from the tank to the engine. In certain models from 2005-2012, the pump's flange may crack, causing a fuel leak.
Risk if Unfixed
If the pump's flange cracks, fuel can leak out while the engine is running, which could ignite and cause a fire.
