What Happened
The rearview camera on your vehicle is important for checking what's behind you when you're reversing. But in certain models, a software glitch can keep the camera image on the screen even after you've shifted out of reverse.
Risk if Unfixed
If the rearview image stays on the screen when you're not reversing, it could distract you while driving and increase your chances of a crash.

How to Get This Fixed

Free Fix
Your dealer will update the software in your radio display for free. You can also choose to do it remotely through an Over-The-Air update starting May 1, 2020, if you'd like. Either way, it's a free fix that you should take care of as soon as you get the recall notice.
