What Happened
The passenger air bag in your vehicle is a safety feature that deploys in a crash to protect you from injury. In some 2010-2012 Ford Fusion, Mercury Milan, and Lincoln MKZ models, the air bag's bracket can break, causing it to leak gas and not inflate properly.
