What Happened
Your vehicle's ignition system may have a faulty wireless ignition module that could cause the key to come out of the ignition before the car is in park.
Risk if Unfixed
If this happens, you could accidentally take your foot off the brake pedal while the car is still in gear, which could lead to an accident.
