What Happened
The buckle on your seatbelt is a critical part that keeps you safe in a crash. It's made by TRW, and some of these buckles didn't get the special heat treatment they needed to work properly.
Risk if Unfixed
If you're in a collision, your seatbelt buckle might not lock properly, which means you could be thrown around the cabin or even ejected from the vehicle. This could lead to serious injury or even death.
