Component
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: INSTRUMENT CLUSTER/PANEL
Manufacturer
Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing
What Happened
The instrument cluster in your Lexus is the screen that shows you important information like your oil pressure, coolant temperature, and electrical charge. In some 2022-2024 models, this screen might not show all the warning lights it's supposed to.
Risk if Unfixed
If your instrument cluster fails to show critical warnings, you might not notice low oil pressure, overheating, or a dead battery, which could increase the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
Your Lexus dealer will update the instrument cluster software for free, so you'll get the warnings and indicators you need to stay safe. You should schedule the update as soon as you get the recall notice.
