What Happened
The driver's seat in your vehicle has a part called the seat rail, which holds the seat in place. In some 2023 Rogue, Pathfinder, and Infiniti QX60 models, this rail might not be securely attached to the seat frame.
Risk if Unfixed
If the welds fail, the seat could break loose during a crash, which could lead to serious injury to the driver or passenger.
Free Fix
Your dealer will inspect the seat rail and replace the driver's seat cushion frame if necessary – at no cost to you. Schedule an appointment as soon as you receive the recall notice.

Original — What Happened
Nissan North America, Inc. (Nissan) is recalling certain 2023 Rogue, Pathfinder, and Infiniti QX60 vehicles. The driver's powered seat may not be fully secured to the seat frame, causing the seat frame welds to detach from the rear inboard seat bracket.
Original — Risk if Unfixed
An unsecured seat with broken welds may not properly restrain an occupant during a crash, increasing the risk of injury.
Original — Remedy
Dealers will inspect the driver's seat rail clearance, and if necessary, replace the driver's seat cushion frame, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 10, 2023.
