Free Fix
Ford will replace the power seat's upper support assembly for free. You should contact Ford at 1-800-392-3673 to schedule the repair.

CERTAIN PASSENGER VEHICLES EQUIPPED WITH POWER ADJUSTABLE SEATS MAY HAVE BEEN INADEQUATELY WELDED.
