What Happened
Your 2025 Chevrolet Express or GMC Savana's front passenger seat head restraint might not be securely attached to the seat frame.
Risk if Unfixed
If your seat head restraint isn't properly attached, you may be at risk of injury during a crash.
Free Fix
The dealership will inspect and replace the front passenger seat frame at no cost to you. You'll receive a notification letter on June 23, 2025, and can contact Chevrolet or GMC customer service at 1-800-222-1020 or 1-800-462-8782 for more information.

Original — What Happened
General Motors LLC (GM) is recalling certain 2025 Chevrolet Express and GMC Savana vehicles. The front passenger seat head restraint may have been improperly welded to the seat frame.

An improperly welded head restraint can result in an increased risk of injury to the seat occupant during a crash.
Original — Remedy
Dealers will inspect and replace the front passenger seat frame, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed June 23, 2025.
