AIR BAGS:FRONTAL:PASSENGER SIDE:INFLATOR MODULE

Manufacturer
General Motors, LLC
What Happened
The passenger airbag in your vehicle is designed to deploy in the event of a crash. It uses a propellant called phase-stabilized ammonium nitrate to inflate the airbag. Unfortunately, this propellant can break down over time, especially in hot and humid climates.
Risk if Unfixed
If the airbag inflator fails, it could explode and send sharp metal fragments flying towards you or other passengers. This could cause serious injury or even be fatal.
Free Fix
Your dealer will replace the faulty airbag inflator with a safer one, completely free of charge. This is a critical repair that you should schedule as soon as you receive the recall notice.

ELECTRICAL SYSTEM:IGNITION

Manufacturer
General Motors LLC
What Happened
The ignition lock actuator in your vehicle is the part that helps turn your key and start the engine. It's possible that this actuator may get stuck, making it hard to turn the key or get the engine to start.
Risk if Unfixed
If the ignition gets stuck, it could suddenly shut off your engine, power steering, and brakes while you're driving. This could make it hard to control your vehicle, and you might be more likely to be involved in a collision. In a crash, your airbags might not deploy, which could put you at risk of injury.
Free Fix
Your dealer will inspect and replace the ignition lock housing if it's necessary, and this repair is free. You should schedule an appointment as soon as you receive the recall notice.
