What Happened
The lighting control module in your vehicle is a computer that helps control your headlights and daytime running lights. In certain 2020-2023 Cadillac, Buick, Chevrolet, and GMC models, this module may not turn off the DRLs when your headlights are on.

If your DRLs stay on when your headlights are on, they could cause a glare that reduces visibility at night, making it harder to see the road and increasing the risk of a crash.
