ELECTRICAL SYSTEM: INSTRUMENT CLUSTER/PANEL

Manufacturer
Volkswagen Group of America, Inc.
What Happened
Your vehicle's instrument cluster is the screen that shows you important information like your speed and warning lights. In some 2021 Audi models, a software glitch could cause this screen to shut down, leaving you without crucial information.
Risk if Unfixed
If the instrument panel display fails, you won't be able to see your speed, warning lights, or other critical safety info. This could make it hard to drive safely and increase the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
Your Audi dealer will update the software for your instrument panel at no charge. You should schedule the repair as soon as you get the recall notice, and you can contact Audi customer service at 1-800-253-2834 for more info.

BACK OVER PREVENTION: SENSING SYSTEM: CAMERA

Manufacturer
Volkswagen Group of America, Inc.
What Happened
The rearview camera system in your vehicle is the camera that helps you see behind you when you're reversing. Unfortunately, some 2019-2026 Audi models have a software glitch that can cause the camera image to not display properly.
Risk if Unfixed
If the rearview camera image doesn't show up, you'll have a reduced view of what's behind your vehicle, which could increase the risk of a collision, especially when reversing into a parking spot or out of a driveway.
Free Fix
Your Audi dealer will update the software to fix the issue, and the repair is completely free. You should schedule the update as soon as you receive the recall notice or contact Audi customer service at 1-800-253-2834 with reference number 90TV.
