What Happened
The front passenger air bag in your vehicle is a crucial safety feature that deploys in a crash to cushion you from impact. Unfortunately, in some 2022 Audi S3, A3, and RS3 models, this air bag was folded incorrectly during assembly.
Risk if Unfixed
If your air bag tears, it won't work as intended in a crash, which could lead to serious injury or harm to the passenger in the front seat.
Free Fix
Audi dealers will replace the front passenger air bag module with a new, correctly folded one – at no cost to you. You should schedule the repair as soon as you receive the recall notice.
