What Happened
Your vehicle may have damaged passenger-side front and rear tires on the sidewall, which can lead to a sudden loss of tire pressure.
Risk if Unfixed
If the tire pressure drops suddenly, you may lose control of your vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
Toyota will inspect and replace the tires as needed, free of charge. You can contact Toyota customer service at 1-800-331-4331 or check your owner's letter from December 5, 2024, for more information and a reference number (24TA12).

Original — What Happened
Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing (Toyota) is recalling certain 2024 Sequoia Hybrid, Tundra and Tundra Hybrid vehicles. The passenger-side front and rear tires may have inner sidewall damage, which can cause a sudden loss of tire pressure.

A sudden loss of tire pressure can result in a loss of vehicle control, increasing the risk of a crash.
Original — Remedy
Dealers will inspect and replace the tires as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed December 5, 2024. Owners may contact Toyota customer service at 1-800-331-4331. Toyota's number for this recall is 24TA12.
