What Happened
The coil springs in your Jeep's rear suspension help support the weight of your vehicle. In some 2021-2023 Grand Cherokee L and 2022-2023 Grand Cherokee models, these springs might have been installed incorrectly.
Risk if Unfixed
If the rear coil spring detaches while you're driving, it could cause your Jeep to lose stability and increase the risk of a crash.
