What Happened
Your vehicle's high voltage battery cells may have misaligned electrodes, which can cause a battery fire.
Risk if Unfixed
If this isn't fixed, a fire can start in your parked or driving vehicle, putting you at risk of injury.
Free Fix
The dealership will replace the high voltage battery cell modules for free, and in the meantime, you should park your vehicle outside after charging, avoid using Level 3 DC chargers, and charge your battery to 80% max.
