What Happened
The Integrated Charging Control Unit (ICCU) in your vehicle's electrical system helps charge your 12-Volt battery. In certain 2022-2024 IONIQ 5, 2023-2024 IONIQ 6, Genesis GV60, Genesis GV70 'Electrified', and Genesis G80 'Electrified' models, this unit might get damaged and stop charging your battery.
Risk if Unfixed
If the ICCU fails, you'll lose drive power, which means your vehicle could stall while you're driving. This increases the risk of a crash.

How to Get This Fixed

Free Fix
Your Hyundai dealer will inspect and replace the ICCU and its fuse if needed, and update the ICCU software for you, all free of charge. You should schedule the repair as soon as you receive the recall notice.
