What Happened
Your vehicle's rearview, front, and/or side cameras may not show images on the display due to a software error.

If this happens, you might not have a clear view of the area behind or around your vehicle, which could lead to a crash or injury.
Free Fix
Mazda will update the software for your view monitor control module for free, and you'll receive a letter with more information. You can also contact Mazda customer service at 1-800-222-5500 Option 6.
