What Happened
The high-voltage battery pack in your Jeep Wrangler PHEV is the part that powers your vehicle when you're driving electric. In certain 2022-2023 models, the fasteners holding the fuse that controls the battery's flow of electricity were installed incorrectly.
Risk if Unfixed
If the fuse fails due to excessive heat, you could lose power to the wheels, making it hard to control your vehicle and increasing the risk of a crash.
