What Happened
The exterior mirror heating pads on your vehicle are two parts that keep the mirror glass from fogging up. In some 2020-2022 models, these pads weren't attached properly, which could cause the mirror glass to fall off.
Risk if Unfixed
If the mirror glass falls off, you'll lose rear visibility, making it harder to check your blind spots and see what's behind you. This could increase the risk of a crash.

How to Get This Fixed

Free Fix
Your Honda dealer will replace both side mirrors with new ones that have a secure heating pad attachment, free of charge. You should schedule the repair as soon as possible after receiving the recall notice.
