What Happened
The high voltage battery in your vehicle is the part that powers the electric motor. In some 2022-2023 iX and i4 models, this battery could have internal damage that causes an electrical short-circuit.

If the high voltage battery short-circuits, it could catch fire, posing a serious risk to you and others nearby.
