What Happened
Your vehicle's Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) sensor battery may fail, causing it to stop working properly. This is a safety issue because the system is designed to alert you to low tire pressure.
Risk if Unfixed
If the TPMS sensors fail, you won't get warnings about low tire pressure, which could lead to tire failure and increase the risk of a crash.
Free Fix
Dealers will inspect and replace the TPMS sensors if needed, free of charge. You should contact FCA US, LLC at 1-800-853-1403 to schedule an appointment, as owner notification letters were mailed on August 2, 2022.
